Ruffles are extremely in for fall this year. Its very playful and delicate, one of my favorite clothing details for sure!! You can find the purple dress at Club Monaco,the tank at Urban Behaviour and the black one shoulder dress is from Forever 21 only $20.80!!
I heard ruffles are in..... I'm so not a fashion girl......only in my dreams, but maybe I need some ruffles! thanks for the tip!
